While July was depressing, August turned out to be the exact opposite.
Gail just gave me my big break–a chance to work in another company, doing what I love-working with websites and WordPress. It’s almost like working for the school paper again but on a digital medium. I like playing with colors, themes, and just seeing the codes work their powers. Lol. I never thought I’d be this fascinated with code. Years ago all those files seemed like gibberish to me (some still are) but now I realize that they are quite beautiful. Pretty much like poetry.
I am busier than ever and the other day I woke up, my right cheek sporting a laptop keyboard imprint, then went to work with just 4 hours of sleep. The first two weeks were a little crazy but guess what? I am enjoying and loving every minute of it.
