It wasn’t till I started working for a Business Process Outsourcing Company that I encountered these big and strange looking phones that utilizes the VOIP technology.
Ours at the office is called Avaya and we have a love-hate relationship. Sometimes the avaya brings in good calls (meaning professional clients with very basic hosting issues) but there are times when I feel like tearing the whole machine apart.
